Candid Communications

Communications as a
lever for growth.

We work with startups, scaleups and ambitious organisations at pivotal moments — market entry, rapid growth, repositioning or reputation — when clarity, credibility and commercial alignment matter most.

About

Candid Communications exists for founders and organisations at moments that matter: when the story isn't fully formed, the stakes are high, and the right words can unlock growth.

We believe the most effective communications don't start with tactics or templates. They start by embracing the problem, not the solution. That means asking sharper questions, being honest about what isn't working, and understanding how communications must support commercial ambition. Our advice is frank, senior and grounded in business reality. Because credibility drives opportunity.

"Fall in love with the problem, not the solution."

Our "zero to one" mindset is at the heart of what we do. We help startups, scaleups and ambitious organisations define their communications foundations from scratch: purpose, narrative, positioning and priorities. Crucially, we align these with business development objectives, supporting market entry, investor conversations, partnership building and pipeline growth. Then, we translate strategy into practical plans teams can genuinely own.

Candid is a trusted partner to founders, executives and leadership teams navigating growth, change or scrutiny. From executive and C-suite communications, to audits, messaging, reputation management and time-bound support around major moments, we bring judgement shaped by real-world experience and hands-on delivery.

We've worked across global financial institutions, high-growth startups, investors and public-facing organisations, always with the same goal: to create communications that earn attention, build trust and move the business forward.

If you value clear thinking, straight talking and communications that actively support growth, you'll feel at home with Candid.
